In strict adherence to Colorado state private property and hospitality laws, From The Roots LLC does not sell, transport, distribute, or provide cannabis, THC, or CBD products to clients or event guests.

• Host Provision Requirement: All cannabis, terpene profiles, or specialty botanical items utilized strictly for the optional therapeutic infusion segments of an event must be legally acquired, possessed, and physically provided directly by the adult client or individual event guests.

• Age Verification: Infusion consultation and cooking services are strictly limited to private property settings where all participating guests choosing to ingest infusions are verified to be 21 years of age or older.

• Precision Alternative Catering Paths: To remain fully inclusive and ensure the comfort of your community, our kitchen always provides parallel, non-infused, holistic herbal menu adjustments seamlessly.
